Handling Defective Articles
Inspection
Upon receiving our jewelry, inspect each piece carefully. If you find any defects, report them within 7 days of receipt.
Take clear photographs of the defective items and provide a detailed description of the issue.
Return Process
Contact us at contact@maayaz-wholesale.com with the order number, photographs, and descriptions. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Storage
Store defective items separately from sellable inventory to avoid confusion.
Customer Returns

Defective Products
If a customer purchases a defective product, provide them with a replacement immediately. We will send you the replacement item in your next order to ensure you have sufficient stock.
